The perfect yoga experience for mom and daughter
Today i want to share a story from
Ins yoga teacher's story to everyone

The main character's name: Alexis.
He has a super cute daughter
She is 6 years old and
Always sticking together during her yoga practice
Her name is caroline, let's call her little c!
Why did you introduce your daughter to yoga?
Alexis said: At first, every time she practiced on her own
She would always crawl under her head in downward dog pose
She would get under her tummy in cat-cow pose
Wanted to take her to play with toys or other games
At first, i thought little c just wanted to cling to her mom.
But then she started to imitate the movements with me
Each movement is really well practiced

At first, i mentioned why i let little c practice yoga because i found that she had a hard time concentrating, which is not a good thing!
Later, through a series of breathing adjustment and concentration exercises
I found that she could slowly calm down, her eyes could talk to me

I think it's so important because generally a lot of kids have a hard time doing that nowadays.
